For your comfort, please be fully showered prior to your therapist's arrival. Once your therapist (s) has set up his/her station they will telephone the Call Center to confirm their arrival. Next, they will briefly review your current state of health with questions pertaining to recent surgeries, medications you may be taking as well as your current state of mind. (example: "are you experiencing stress, fatigue, etc?")

Also, there are several conditions which may suggest therapy be applied to regions of the inner thigh, buttocks and chest. (sciatica pain, hamstring pain, thoracic congestion due to the common cold, recent breast augmentation, lymphatic release) Your therapist will discuss these regions with you and require your permission to commence appropriate treatment.

There are several contra indications for massage. (example: High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Cancer, Varicose Veins) Any medical information you provide will ensure your safety and comfort. This information is completely confidential.

A full body massage is done on a padded table with sheets and a large towel. Most people undress completely, while some leave some clothing on such as underpants. Your privacy is respected at all times. You will be covered with a clean towel or sheet. Only the part of the body that is receiving the work will be exposed while the rest of your body remains covered.

We use light oils and/or lotions to lubricate the skin during the massage to allow for smooth, long strokes. These oils and lotions may have different essential oils added to increase your overall relaxation. Music is also played softly in the background to aid in the relaxation process of your mind and nervous system.

Should you be uncomfortable with anything DURING the massage you are encouraged to fully communicate these concerns with your therapist. This includes the treatment you are receiving, room temperature, music etc.

Once your treatment has finished, your therapist will leave the room momentarily allowing you to get dressed. When the therapist returns (a few minutes) you will be encouraged to discuss any issues/concerns you may have had during the treatment. Finally, the therapist will collect payment for treatment. (In the case of a credit card, Therapist will call into Call Center for an approval number - takes only a moment!) If you prefer, payment may done in advance. Feel free to call the call center with any additional comments or questions you may have. We are here for you!!

Your therapist (s) will arrive with:

  • Identification & receipt book for payment.
  • Professional massage table or chair.
  • Clean linens. (sheets, towels)
  • Oils and lotions.
  • Ambience items such as candles, music. (optional)

    All we need from you is:

  • Location information.
  • Identification and proper payment information.
  • A clean, sizable space to work.
  • Normal room temperature.
  • Lighting. (natural or electrical)
  • Electrical Supply. (optional)
